At Childsplay Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn designer items with original tags attached. Please ensure all footwear is returned in the original, undamaged designer box to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns page to enter your order number and email address to initiate your request.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, authenticity cards, and dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return label and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing or covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
